All orders are processed within 2 business days. Accessories can be shipped across North America, fence boards can be shipped in Ontario, BC, Quebec, Alberta and Michigan USA for the time being. Please see product restrictions in BC, Alberta and Michigan in the product description tab. Should you require shipment of deck boards outside of these regions, please email us at support@compositedeckdirect.com for a custom quote.

Shipments or deliveries will not occur on weekends or holidays. If you require a shipment on a weekend, please contact us to see if we can make an exception. If there are any delays in shipment, we will notify you. We aim to deliver the goods to your location within 5 business days of receipt of the order, although this is subject to product availability and other factors that could be beyond our control. All deliveries are curbside/driveway.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates for decking and fence boards

Shipping charges (in CAD) will depend on pre-tax order size and location. Shipping is FREE on orders over $20,000 (pre-tax and within shipping region - outside of that may incur additional charges), and less than that, the subsidized deck board shipping charges are as follows:

Ontario

$249 shipping charge from $0-$2,499 order size

$199 shipping charge from $2,500 -$19,999 order size

FREE shipping on orders over $20,000

Quebec (Montreal area)

Flat Rate: $399

Alberta

Flat Rate: $99

Lanai Shipping $99-$499 depending on order size and location

Custom shipping fees may apply outside of shipping zone - please contact us for quotes. We use Canada Post for shipping accessories and local flatbed carriers for deck board shipments. If you order both accessories and deck boards at the same time, they will arrive together on the flatbed truck. Privacy Screens are sent separately and have a flat rate shipping fee of $199 CAD.

Composite Fencing - Only available in Ontario (shipping fees FREE over $20k order size, $2.5k-$20k order size is $249, $199 less than $2.5k order size )

Note: If you would like to attach the panels to a wooden fence/post, you would need purchase wood screws separately at your local hardware store. The wood screws will work with the mounting brackets. Also note that the metal posts may come in 3" or 2" diameter depending on availability. 

The warranty for the composite fencing includes 2 parts - one for the boards and one for the posts.

Our limited warranties both cover product replacement during the first year of ownership and are prorated thereafter from full value in year one to zero value upon the completion of the warranty based on years in service. For claims related to year two or thereafter, consumers will be required to pay the amortized portion of their warranty coverage prior to receiving replacement merchandise based on the original purchase price paid.
