Shipping charges (in CAD) will depend on pre-tax order size and location. Shipping is FREE on orders over $20,000 (pre-tax and within shipping region - outside of that may incur additional charges). For orders less than that, the subsidized deck board shipping charges are $99+ depending on order size and locaton. Shipping for accessoires are charged separately. For remote regions, additional shipping charges may apply. You'll see your shipping charges before you checkout. We also offer pick up options as well at select locations. For pick up, you can reduce the lead time of your order by several days.
Durafix®
To complement your Millboard Composite decking, use Millboard's unique Durafix® screws. These screws are virtually hidden beneath the unique Lastane® surface on the composite decking boards, allowing you to obtain a near flawless finish in your projects
No matter the composite decking collection, including the classic Enhanced Grain or the versatile designs of Modello, this type of finish would not be possible with other materials without Durafix.
The Durafix fixings can be used in two ways: through the face of the boards, or through the side of the boards using the DuoFix Side-Fixing Guide.
When fixing through the face of the boards, there’s no need to pre-drill, countersink or use clip fixings. Simply, fix the boards according to our installation guide. Once the screws have been sunk through the board surface, the innovative Lastane® coating on the board flexes back over the screw heads, leaving minimal witness marks.
Made from A2 stainless steel, the screws have a six-point torx head and are waxed for ease of use. Each box of Durafix® fixings also includes a T15 drill bit and 250 screws. Dimensions of the screws are 4.5mm x 60mm.
You will need approximately 24 fixings per length of Millboard decking for residential applications and 26 for commercial applications. Millboard Premium Decking Screws are designed for securing decking boards to the substructure during installation. This provides coverage for roughly 10 boards per box, though actual usage may vary depending on board length, joist spacing, and installation method. Screw specifications such as length, coating, head type, and color options should be confirmed to ensure compatibility with your specific Millboard decking application.
