Processing Time
We process all orders within 1 business day after receiving them. Accessories can be shipped anywhere in North America. TruNorth/Clubhouse deck boards are available in Ontario, Quebec, BC, Alberta, NL, NB, NS and across the USA. Lanai deck boards can be shipped throughout Canada. For shipping outside these areas, please email us at support@compositedeckdirect.com for a custom quote. All deck board deliveries are curbside, and we will confirm your shipping date ahead of time.

Shipping Charges and Timing
We subsidize all shipping charges to help you with costs. We don’t ship on weekends or holidays, but if you need a weekend delivery, reach out to us to discuss your options. If there's any delay in shipment, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, delivery usually takes 5-10 business days after we process your order, but factors like product availability or unexpected delays may impact timing. While we do our best to meet any requested delivery dates, they aren’t guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control, and we do not offer compensation for shipping or production delays. US-based customers are responsible for unloading deck boards upon delivery, so please ensure you have the necessary resources. Sometimes delivery trucks cannot back into driveways due to size; keep this in mind when planning for delivery. Shipping charges are non refundable. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates for Decking/Fencing Boards
Shipping rates depend on your order size and location, and you’ll see the exact cost during checkout. You can also opt for free pickup from the nearest location during checkout, but some pickups have cross dock fees, like in Alberta, Canada. If delivery is on an island, which incur ferry fees, we will need to send a custom shipping quote (the online shipping quote will not be accurate, so please contact us in advance of your order). You will receive a shipping confirmation number after you place your order.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some regions are off-limits for shipping; if you encounter an issue during checkout, contact us and we’ll explore the possibilities.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
CompositeDeckDirect.com is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Although such fees are rare, if incurred, these are the customer's responsibility. Tariff costs are already embedded into the cost of the product for US customers, but only aluminum products are currently subject to this. 

Damages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately to file a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged goods, and avoid installing damaged materials. If possible, take photos of the damage and email them to help@compositedeckdirect.com.

Customer Pickups
If you plan to pick up your order, be aware that if you use closed-sided trailers, trucks, or car trailers that can’t be loaded with a forklift, you will need to load the boards by hand. If you need assistance, a $100/hr labor charge will apply, which must be paid in advance. For Ontario customers, there are legal liabilities if the factory or warehouse loads a trailer with loose boards and the customer fails to secure them properly. You will need to load your own order if it can’t be done with a forklift.

International Shipping Policy
